Colorado’s forests are rising again, shaped by the hands of people determined to secure their future. While wildfires and droughts have tested these landscapes, a powerful movement of scientists, landowners, and volunteers is answering the call. This is no longer just about witnessing a crisis. It is an active, hopeful mission to grow a resilient, climate-ready wilderness—one seedling at a time.
A Bold Vision for Recovery
Mission
Our mission is to restore the living foundation of Colorado’s Front Range by planting and stewarding up to 750,000 native trees and shrubs along a 30-mile climate-resilient corridor stretching from the Poudre River to St. Vrain Creek. Through this ambitious reforestation and riparian restoration effort, we secure water, cultivate resilience, and nurture the roots of prosperity, biodiversity, and happiness for generations to come.
Guided by the timeless wisdom that “agriculture is our wisest pursuit, because it will in the end contribute most to real wealth, good morals, and happiness” (Thomas Jefferson), and inspired by the belief that “agriculture is the most healthful, most useful, and most noble employment of man” (George Washington), we renew the land and deepen the vital relationship between people and nature. Every tree we plant is a step toward environmental renewal, community well-being, and a legacy of hope to sustain future generations.

We are a team of passionate environmental thinkers and purposeful field doers, dedicated to building lasting ecological resilience with scientific clarity and operational integrity. Data-backed collaboration and a deep sense of stewardship drive everything we do. By uniting technical environmental science with hands-on grassroots action, we move past vague ecological estimates into concrete, measurable community solutions that safeguard our shared watersheds and secure a thriving legacy for the Front Range.
-
We believe in keeping things strategic, data-backed, and purposeful. Every project starts with listening to the needs of our local river ecosystems and land managers, utilizing precise soil and atmospheric mapping to move past guesswork. By grounding every initiative in real, site-sourced metrics and cutting-edge telemetry, we ensure our work culminates in climate-resilient watersheds and thriving habitats that our community is proud to protect for generations to come.
-
From forward-thinking land managers and academic institutions to dedicated regional communities, we partner with stakeholders who care about doing things right—and doing them well. Our collaborations unite local land authorities, scientific research teams, and passionate grassroots volunteers under a shared, unyielding commitment to precision ecological restoration. By aligning strategic community resources with data-backed conservation, we ensure every tree planted and every sensor deployed actively serves a grander, enduring legacy of watershed resilience.
